Andrew Bledsoe (Founder)
Andrew was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky and he comes from a background in structural engineering. Graduating from the University of Louisville, he has a deep understanding of construction and building processes and their common deficiencies. Andrew became a licensed home inspector in the state of Kentucky and begun his own company providing home inspections and protecting home buyers.
Our Mission
A home inspection is your last line of defense when buying a home. A poor home inspection could result in thousands of dollars of unexpected repairs down the road that a home buyer may not be prepared for. Our goal is not to tell our client if they should or shouldn’t buy a home, it’s to educate them to the best of our ability so they are not surprised down the line.
Solar (PV) System
Solar power or photovoltaic (PV) system are becoming more and more common for residential use. If you are purchasing a home with an existing home with a PV system, we will inspect and demonstrate the system for you for an additional cost (usually adds about 30 minutes to the inspection). We have inspectors who have experience designing and implementing PV systems to ensure they are inspected properly.
